1. Is this place VA-approved or partnered with the VA?

Absolutely. We’re part of the VA Community Care Network, which means when the VA approves your referral, you’ll have coverage — we guarantee no surprise bills, no stress.

2. Do I need a referral from the VA?

Yes — and we’ll help you get it. All veterans need a referral through the VA to see us. Depending on your situation, that might mean a quick call to your VA PCP or a full exam first. Sometimes the VA requires imaging or extra steps, so the process can take a few days. Hang in there — once the paperwork clears, we’ll get you scheduled right away.

3. Does Dr. Cox understand veteran-specific conditions?

100%. Dr. Cox has deep roots in the military — his son is in the Coast Guard and both his parents served in the Air Force. For 20+ years he’s worked with veterans dealing with everything from combat-related injuries to everyday wear and tear

5. Do I have to deal with the VA paperwork myself?

Nope — we’ve got it handled. We coordinate directly with the VA and take care of the billing and approvals. If something’s not covered, we’ll work with you on payment options so you can still get the care you need without the hassle.
